Self check in was very easy, we didnt have any problems and could pick up the keys very quickly. The accomodation has all essentials, the view from panoramic window is amazing, the room is huge, common swimming pool provides one of the best views on the city. Pertonas Towers are 5 min walk away, KL Tower - 20 minutes.

It would be nice to have more than 1 towel per person.

The only good thing is the location as it's easy to walk to good areas for shopping, food and drinks.

What a disappointment. Starting with a disorganised nightmare check in which meant we didnt get in the room till 3.30pm as it hadnt been cleaned. The contact lady was stressed and only slightly apologetic at the end when it was clear I wasnt impressed. The room stank!! It should be totally ripped out and started again. The walls stained and dirty, flooring has come apart so bugs gaps, small double bed is old and awful, bedding terrible, cupboard doors dont fit together and are stained and damaged. Surfaces damaged and most of the plugs are inaccessible making everything really difficult. Lamp was even stained. Made the whole stay unpleasant.

The property didnt information my stay at the apartment reception. The reception didnt receive us at 10 pm. We spent 1 hour calling with inconfortable condition

The room is large, comfortable, full of facilities with the great view and location, and the price is really affordable.

The location was excellent, minutes away from the Pentronas Towers and shopping malls. Staff were friendly but English isnt their first language so they might come across unfriendly at first. If you are planning to hire a car or scooter dont bother asking the staff. They dont have a clue of the outside world or even know where the local petrol station is. Parking is available but they dont tell you that you need to pay for it, 15RMD per day. We had to check ourselves in. I had send my ID ahead of time and text them my approx arrival time. I received the apartment number, WiFi username and password on my way to the apartment. The key and card were in the mailbox waiting for us. The apartment was cute, ideal for a couple. However I had few issues with it, it looked like it was lived in as to the fridge and microwave were dirty. We didnt use any of the cutlery/plates but they didnt looked washed. Theres no cleaning service unless you pay for it. Our apartment was on the 29th floor so keep this in mind if you are scared of heights. Theres a gym and swimming pool on floor 33. Our AC started leaking on the 3rd day. We informed the staff downstairs but they have nothing to do with Zen apartments, so if you have any issues contact the person who texted you.

Location, and the staff

Rooms were so outdated, had a lot of issues. Hot water didn't work, AC was dripping water into electric outlet almost had fire probably. I was not pleased with my stay. Yes, it is good price but I would have paid more for better experience.

The studio is spacious,well equipped and clean with a nice view and access to nice swimming pool,gym and Sauna. Syaf from the management is very nice and understanding.

They could have provided 2 access card instead of 1.

Near from Petronas Towers, a lots of cafe Near from hotel

Not so easy to find Hotel, huge building not in the main street, have to walking around

The television can connect to youtube using wifi and have a very good staff

The bathroom too small and the shower cannot adjustable

It was very easy to check in. The host waited for us even though we arrived very late in the night. She is a very nice person. The location is very near to the Petronas tower. And there are some food court near the hotel.

I was staying at the room number 29-4. There was a small problem with the kitchen set but still usable. There is a washing machine but no plug near it, so I need to put the extension cable which is provided. And please put a name on every switch, especially for the water heater. One day I showered with a cold water because I didn't realize I switch the water heater off.

Very Good Location

The parking is not provided, so you have to park at the private parking area next to the hotel. Parking rate is RM11 from 6am to 6pm and another RM11 from 6pm to 6am.

At the top of the building there is a nice swimming pool and gym, which sadly closes at 22:00. The room had a great view, and the staff was very nice.

A few things were loose in the bathroom and the sink was clogged, The bed was a bit of a problem as there was hair in it, so which tells me nobody changed the sheets. There were hair on the floor also, the overall cleanliness just wasn't up to what we would have liked. I don't mind a bit older looking place but it must be clean.

Good location, best value for money in KL, sayf was more than amazing, she helped us the whole stay, thanks so much, i will be back to your place again

Very spacious! We have a kitchen, dinning area, living room area, bedroom and study room. All for only 20usd! The location is super central, right next to the Twin Towers. Towels, Netflix, washing machine, microwave... we had everything!

A bit old facility but still, amazingly comfortable

The staff was very accommodating. They even accommodated my request for late check in (even if it was very late). The place is within spitting distance from Petronas Towers, Suria KLCC, Aquaria KLCC and hangout places. The place was very neat and clean. You can cook and wash! I'll stay here again when I comeback to KL.

I like almost everything plus the location was really great , the staff who handle me also very kind.
